Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot has been named the Grand Marshal of the McAllen Holiday Parade Dec. 3.

Receiver Cole Beasley and backup running back Darius Jackson will also be in the parade on their own floats. The Cowboys play on Thursday Night Football on Dec. 1, which will not conflict with the parade.

Elliot, a rookie, leads the NFL in rushing with 799 yards through eight weeks. Beasley has 37 catches for 443 yards and three touchdowns.

The NFL is currently investigating Elliot for allegations of domestic violence.
