Scorpions men's soccer looks to keep record umblemished
The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College men’s soccer team seeks to stay undefeated when it visits University of St. Thomas on Saturday in Houston.
The No. 22 Scorpions (5-0-1) met the Celts (3-2-2), independent members of the NAIA, Sept. 3 at REK Center Field in a 2-0 Scorpions victory. This will be the sixth meeting between the schools, with UTB-TSC holding a 4-1 advantage.
UST is the only team to have beaten the Scorpions in Brownsville since the men’s soccer program was started in 2007.
Saturday’s game is the fifth in a string of seven road games for the Scorpions and the last against a non-NAIA opponent until the season finale in November.

Volleyball team aims to continue streak
