UTB-TSC: Scorpions Youth Baseball Day at Ballpark scheduled for March 16

Youth baseball players from T-Ball up to 12 years of age are encouraged to attend Scorpion Youth Day at the Ballpark on Wednesday, March 16, before the start of the evening game between the University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College and Fisher College (Mass.).

Members of the Scorpions and Fisher College will be conducting the free clinic to teach children the fundamentals of throwing, catching and hitting from 3 to 5 p.m. at Scorpion Field.

At 5 p.m., the youth will be served free hot dogs and drinks and are invited to stay for the game between the Scorpions and Falcons at 6 p.m. Children and their parents attending the clinic will be admitted free to the game.

UTB-TSC and Fisher will be playing five games within a four-day span March 14 through 18.
