Comments 0 | Recommend 0WASHINGTON (AP) - Two people briefed on the matter tell The Associated Press a federal grand jury in Washington is investigating the Roger Clemens perjury case.
The two spoke on condition of anonymity because grand jury proceedings are supposed to be secret.

Congress asked the Justice Department last year to look into whether the seven-time Cy Young Award winner lied when he testified under oath at a deposition and a public House hearing that he never took performance-enhancing drugs.
