Update: Many roads closed, damaged by Hurricane Dolly

Texas Department of Transportation crews are patrolling area highways to evaluate which roads need to be repaired and working to quickly close those that are flooded and covered by debris.
TxDOT reports of flood conditions at the following locations:
- FM 907 from FM 3072 to Rancho Blanco south of Alamo
- FM 3071 from SH 107 to 2 miles North of SH 107 in Hidalgo County
- US 281 Frontage Roads from US 83/US 281 Interchange in Pharr to FM 490, north of Edinburg
- SH 107 from US 281 in Edinburg to Hidalgo/Cameron Line
- FM 1925 (Monte Cristo Road) at FM 2993 (North Conway) north of Alton
- FM 490 from US 281 to FM 493 in Hidalgo County
- FM 490 from FM 2844 to 2.5 Miles east of FM 2844 in Northwestern Hidalgo County
- FM 493 from SH 186 to FM 490 in Northeastern Hidalgo County
- FM 681from FM 490 to FM 1017 in Northwestern Hidalgo County
- FM 681 from FM 1925 to FM 2058 in Northwestern Hidalgo County
- Intersection of FM 2058 and 1 mile south of FM 490/68 in Northwestern Hidalgo County
- Intersection of FM 106 and FM 803 in Cameron County
- Business 83 east of FM 2556 (Joe Ed Road) in La Feria
- FM 803 from SH 100 to FM 511 in Cameron County
- Business 77 from Spur 413 to FM 1018 in Willacy County
- FM 1420 from FM 1018 to FM 508 in Willacy County
- US 83 Eastbound Frontage Road from FM 1015 to Mile 2W in the Mid-Valley due to flooding
- US 83 Westbound Frontage Road from Mile 1E to Mile 2E in the Mid-Valley due to flooding
- PR 100 north of South Padre Island Convention Center at South Padre Island due to flooding
- FM 1015 from Gonzales Road to 2 miles south
- FM 88 - mile 12 to mile 16
- FM 1575 from FM 510 to mile south
- US 281 (Military Hwy) from US 77 to FM 336 CLOSED
- FM 493 from El Chaparral Community to Military Highway, south of Donna CLOSED
- FM 1925 (Monte Cristo Rd) from FM 907 to Kenyon Road in Edinburg CLOSED
- US 83 from FM 1425 to FM 506 in the La Feria Area closed due to flooding US 83 Detour: Eastbound Motorists need to exit FM 1015, head south to Business 83, east on Business 83 to FM 800, then north to US 83 Expressway. For westbound motorists the detour will be the same in reverse (exit FM 800 to Business 83, and north to FM 1015).
