Officer accused of alien smuggling in exchange for sex device and pills
Comments 0 | Recommend 0A federal officer was nabbed today for allegedly trafficking undocumented immigrants in exchange for Cialis pills, a sexual device, and $2,150 in cash.
A federal grand jury indicted U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection officer Guadalupe Garza, 64, on Sept. 2, court records show.
The indictment,which was unsealed today, charges Garza with 13 counts of conspiracy to transport aliens, transporting them within the U.S., bringing them into the U.S. and bribery.
