Worker rescued from grain silo at Port of Harlingen
Comments 0 | Recommend 0HARLINGEN - Emergency responders have rescued a man who fell into a grain silo at the Port of Harlingen earlier this afternoon, according to witnesses at the scene.
The man had been trapped in the silo for several hours. At one point, rescuers delivered an air tube to the man and were able to get a rope around his waist before he was pulled to safety, witnesses said.
The man reportedly has been taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure.
