Garza found guilty in murder of Brownsville artist
Comments 0 | Recommend 0A second suspect in the 2005 murder of Brownsville artist Alfredo Bustinza has been found guilty.
Nestor Garza showed no emotion this morning as a Cameron County jury said he was guilty in the stabbing death of Bustinza inside the Tucan Bar at 12th and Jackon Streets on Aug. 20, 2005.
Garza will be sentenced on Nov. 3.
Because of an imposed gag order, neither the state prosecutors of defense attorneys could comment on the verdict.
