Rain, winds sweep across Brownsville

Torrential rains are passing through Cameron County as Hurricane Dolly inches closer to the area.
Brief power outages are being reported in the San Pedro area on Highway 281 and in the Los Fresnos area.
Minor street flooding is occurring in some parts of Brownsville near International Boulevard.
Fallen trees have been spotted on East Polk and Ringgold streets.
One of the trees had fallen on top of a Ford Windstar minivan parked on Ringgold Street.
