Teen volunteers needed at VBMC-Brownsville

Valley Baptist Medical Center - Brownsville is currently recruiting new volunteers, ages 14 and older, to staff several departments within the Brownsville campus.

Volunteers can be placed in a number of departments including the education center, emergency room, information desk, guest registration, labor and delivery, post partum, and radiology.

Each volunteer's interests are taken into consideration before they are assigned to an area. Flexible hours are available and no previous experience is required.

Volunteers do receive a full orientation to the hospital before they are put into a work schedule. Some university students may be eligible for scholarship money. For additional information, please call Manuel Chacon at (956) 698-4059.
