1600 pounds of pot found

SULLIVAN CITY -- A large load of marijuana was seized from a pickup truck in Sullivan City Tuesday afternoon.

The police dispatcher said the load totalled about 1,600 pounds.

The suspects escaped and are presumed to have fled across the Rio Grande into Mexico.
