Junior Ranger Day at Palo Alto Battlefield
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The Palo Alto Battlefield National Historic Site will hold Junior Ranger Day from 10 to 4 p.m, Saturday, April 26.
The event is intended so children can learn about the National Park Service and earn badges as "Junior Rangers" from some of the many national parks around the country.
The event will include games, activities, door prizes, and the participation of other natural and cultural heritage sites of the Rio Grande Valley. All activities are free of charge.
Palo Alto Battlefield is located at 7200 Paredes Line Road (FM 1847) in Brownsville just north of the FM 511 intersection. For more information, please contact the park Visitor Center at (956) 541-2785, ext. 333.
