Maria Luisa Gutierrez, 63, was called to be with the Lord on May 27, 2007, at the Brownsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brownsville.
Ms. Maria L. Gutierrez was preceded in death by her parents, Santiago and Maria Luisa Gutierrez, and by a sister, Juanita Mendoza
She is survived by her two brothers, Guadalupe Gutierrez and Santiago Gutierrez; sisters, Maria de Jesus Pizaņa, Ofelia Garza, Norma Irene Reyes and Linda Rodriguez.
Visitation was held from 4 to 9 p.m. on Monday, May 28, 2007, with a Prayer service at 7 p.m. at Funer-aria Del Angel Buena Vista.
A Funeral Service will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at Templo Jerusalem and it will be officiated by Rev. Paul Luna.
Interment will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
