Hurricane Alex affects flight in and out of Brownsville

Hurricane Alex affected flights in and out of the Brownsville-South Padre Island Airport Wednesday morning.
Morning flights from Continental Airlines and American Eagle airlines were cancelled.
Some outbound flights are also being affected.
