Walter Crews Jr., 78 died on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, in Brownsville.
He is preceded in death by his children, Baby Sheila Yvonne Crews, David Allen Crews, Deborah Ann Crews, and Jamie Lou Crews.
He is survived by his wife, Celia; children, Linda Ann Crews, Robin Marie Crews, Billy Joe Crews, and Cynthia Lynn Valles; grandchildren, Omar Micah Lerma, Carla Nicole Reed, Ryan Scott Roano, Rudy Roano, Kimberly Crews Roano, Breanna Lynn Crews, Kylee Annet Crews, David Crews Jr., Christopher Crews (Ziggy), Crystal Crews, Melissa Chavez, and Christopher Rodriguez; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday Nov. 8, 2007.
Visitation will continue from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a 1 p.m. chapel service on Friday, Nov. 9, 2007, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
