Cawlfield-Boldon
Kimberly Cawlfield and Timothy Kato Boldon were married on Oct. 9 in an afternoon ceremony at First Baptist Church of McAllen. John Walton, of Wesleyan Church of Gas City Indiana, officiated the traditional Christian ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Sarabeth and Ronald Cawlfield of Brownsville.
The groom is the son of Ruth Boldon and the late Bruce Boldon of McAllen.
Given away in marriage by her father, Ronald Cawlfield, the bride wore a floor length off white silk crepe sleeveless gown with lace inset at the neckline, a floor length train was attached with tiny buttons and an elegant bow. The bride also wore a shoulder length tulle veil edged with satin and adorned with tiny pearls.
Sharon Cawlfield served as maid of honor and Debbie Robertson served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Ruthie Wilson, Cherith Campbell, and Callie Kaphaem. Allyssa Cawlfield and Angelica Robertson served as flower girls.
Thomas Boldon served as best man. Groomsmen were Richard Moos, Robert Reeves, Michael Kare and Joel Hime.
A reception immediately followed at First Baptist Church Family Life Center.
The bride received her Bachelor of Arts in music education from the University of Texas-Pan American and is currently employed by Mission CISD as a teacher.
The groom received his Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education and Missions from Circleville Bible College in Ohio and is currently a Missionary of World Gospel Mission.
The couple honeymooned with a trip to Fredericksburg and Dallas. They will reside in McAllen.
