Harrington-Nieto

Sheri Harrington and Jesse Nieto were married Sept. 18 in an evening ceremony at La Bougainvillea Gardens. Pastor Ray Silva of Dallas officiated the religious ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Beverly Carrasco and Julio Carrasco, both of Brownsville and Gary Harrington of California.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesus Nieto of Brownsville.

The bride was given away in marriage by her father, Julio Carrasco.

Julissa and Jackie Carrasco served as maids of honor.

Jesse and Andy Nieto served as best men.

A reception immediately followed at La Bougainvillea Gardens.

The bride is currently employed at Region One Education Service Center in Brownsville and is currently attending the University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College.

The groom is currently employed by the United States Postal Service.

The couple honeymooned with a trip to Puerto Vallarta and will reside in Los Fresnos.
