Flor Estela Benavidez and Gregorio Reyna Jr. were married Dec. 31 in an afternoon ceremony at the Cameron County Courthouse. Judge Tullos officiated the civil ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Ofelia G. Benavidez and the late Jose Conrado Benavidez.
The groom is the son of the late Gregorio Reyna Sr. and the late Rebecca Reyna.
The bride was given away in marriage by her mother, Ofelia G. Benavidez.
Roberto and Sylvia Mejia served as ring bearers.
A reception followed at a private residence.
The bride is a graduate of Hanna High School and is currently employed at St. Gobain Manufacturer in Brownsville.
The groom is a graduate of Brownsville High School and is currently employed with the Port of Brownsville.
The couple will honeymoon at a later date and will reside in Brownsville.
